We maintain a 14-day return policy for online orders. Refunds are for product value & tax only, and excludes any shipping and handling charges. If you received free shipping on your order, the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from any refund. Exceptions: We cannot offer returns on clearance, discontinued, vintage, or demo items. Additionally, the following items are also not returnable: strings, reeds, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, harmonicas / mouth-played instruments, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, sheet music, cleaners, polishes and polishing cloths, software/soundware, books, CDs, DVDs, and videos. If defective, these items will be exchanged only for the same product. No returns on software downloads. Some products incur sanitization fees: $10 for woodwind and brass instruments, $8 for mouthpieces priced at $300 or more, and $4 for mouthpieces under $300. Returned bows incur a $4 restocking fee. Stringed instruments priced at $999.99 or more must be returned within 10 days of shipment. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings, or scrapes on the instrument or item. Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warrantees, and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge or a minimum 15% re-stocking fee for returns that are not in original brand new condition. Items with excessive wear or damage may be subject to a disqualification.
